3. Consultancy Service: Refers to the marketing consultancy services offered by Pedal Group, including one-on-one sessions, suitable platform evaluations, and actionable recommendations.
1. Consultancy Session: A one-hour personalized one-on-one session with Mr. Bigyan Gupta, CEO of Pedal Group, aimed at understanding your business goals, target audience, and current marketing efforts.
2. Platform Evaluation: An assessment of the suitability of ATL, BTL, and Digital platforms for reaching your target audience and achieving desired outcomes.
3. Actionable Recommendations: A detailed report outlining the most effective platforms for your business, including actionable strategies for implementation.
1. Booking: Clients can book their consultancy session via our website by clicking the "Schedule Your Consultancy" button.
2. Payment: The cost of the consultancy service is NRs. 3,499/- (incl. of all applicable taxes). Payment must be made in full at the time of booking.
3. Confirmation: Upon successful payment, a confirmation email will be sent to the client, detailing the date and time of the consultancy session.
1. Cancellation by Client: Clients may cancel their booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled session to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session will not be eligible for a refund.
2. Cancellation by Company: Pedal Group reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a consultancy session at any time. In such cases, clients will be offered a full refund or an option to reschedule.
1. Accuracy of Information: Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during the consultancy session. Pedal Group is not responsible for any outcomes resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client.
2. Use of Recommendations: Clients are responsible for the implementation of any recommendations provided during the consultancy session. Pedal Group does not guarantee any specific results from the implementation of these recommendations.
1. Client Information: Pedal Group agrees to keep all information shared by the client during the consultancy session confidential and will not disclose it to any third party without the client's consent.
2. Consultancy Content: The content of the consultancy session, including any recommendations, is confidential and intended solely for the client's use.
1. Ownership: All materials, including reports and recommendations provided during the consultancy session, are the intellectual property of Pedal Group.
2. Usage: Clients may use these materials for their business purposes but may not reproduce, distribute, or share them with third parties without the prior written consent of Pedal Group.
Pedal Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:
1. The client's use of the consultancy service.
2. Any interruption or cessation of the service.
3. Any errors or omissions in any content provided during the consultancy session.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed following the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nepal.
Pedal Group reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients are advised to review these terms regularly. Continued use of the consultancy service following any changes indicates acceptance of those changes.
